A community event sponsored by the Rollling Hills Seventh-Day Adventist Church

The Rolling Hills Seventh-Day Adventist Church is a part of a Christian denomination (SDA) that was given a knowledge of health and wellness that has blessed it’s adherents with an extra 10 years of longer life on average. A concentrated group of SDA Christians living Loma Linda, California, has been recognized as a Blue Zone, one of a handful of places with the longest and healthiest living people in the world. While the Loma Linda blue zone is the only one in the US, members of the SDA church can be found all over, and so we are here sharing the principles of health and wellness.
